Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

BCA does not sell your personal information. We never have. We never will. This page exists because California law requires it — and because we think you have every right to know.

This notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) for residents of California. If you are a California resident, this page explains your rights and how to exercise them.

Our Practices

BCA Distributors (Beetins CA LLC) does not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your data for profiling in ways that produce significant legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Our business model is built on earning your business through quality products, fair pricing, and exceptional service — not on monetizing your data. That is not who we are.

Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

• Right to Know: You can request a full disclosure of the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, including the categories, sources, purposes, and any third parties with whom it was shared.
• Right to Delete: You can request that BCA delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, complying with a legal obligation).
• Right to Correct: You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Opt Out: You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As noted above, BCA does not engage in such activities — but this right is yours regardless.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You can limit how we use sensitive personal information to the extent we collect it. BCA collects only standard business contact and transaction data.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: BCA will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. Exercising your rights will have no impact on your pricing, service level, or account standing.

How to Submit a Request

To submit a request to exercise any of the above rights:

• Include: your full name, business name (if applicable), email address on file, and a clear description of your request

BCA will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you and explain why.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing any request. Verification may include matching information you provide against records in our system. We will never use information provided for verification for any other purpose.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may contact you directly to verify the request. We will process agent-submitted requests within the same timeframes applicable to direct requests.
