Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery is not just logistics to us — it is the moment our commitment to you becomes real. We take it seriously.

BCA Distributors provides direct, relationship-driven delivery to businesses throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This policy explains how we handle orders from dispatch to your door.

Delivery Area

We deliver to businesses throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area, including but not limited to:

  • Tracy and Central Valley regions
  • Alameda County (Oakland, Fremont, Livermore, and surrounding cities)
  • Contra Costa County
  • San Francisco County
  • San Mateo County
  • Santa Clara County
  • Select areas of Solano, Marin, and Sonoma Counties

If your business is located outside these areas, contact us at sales@beetinsca.com and we will do our best to accommodate you or connect you with the right solution.

Delivery Timeframes

We are committed to efficient, reliable delivery. Standard timeframes:

  • Local Bay Area delivery: 1–2 business days from confirmed order (same-day available for qualifying orders and account types)
  • Next-day delivery: available for orders placed before 2:00 PM on the preceding business day, subject to route availability

Delivery windows will be communicated by your account manager or via confirmation message. We will proactively notify you of any delay — you will never be left wondering where your order is.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on order volume and account terms, and will always be disclosed upfront before order confirmation. Many BCA accounts qualify for free delivery based on order minimums. Your account manager will walk you through the specifics.

We are transparent about fees. There are no surprise charges on delivery.

Order Communication

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation at time of acceptance
  • Delivery notice on the day of delivery
  • Direct contact information for your account manager for any real-time questions

We believe in communicating proactively, not reactively. If something changes, we will tell you before it affects you.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or late, contact us within 48 hours at sales@beetinsca.com or call your account manager directly. We will investigate immediately and resolve the issue — replacement, credit, or re-delivery — based on what works best for you.

We do not pass the buck. If there is a problem with your delivery, it is our problem to solve.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the buyer upon successful delivery to the delivery address confirmed at time of order. In the event of loss or damage during transit, BCA will take responsibility and work to resolve the matter promptly.

Special Delivery Requests

Have unique delivery requirements — specific time windows, loading dock access, cold-weather packaging, or anything else? Let your account manager know. We will do everything we can to accommodate your operation.
