Return & Credit Policy

We stand behind everything we deliver. If something is not right, we will make it right — quickly, fairly, and without friction.

At BCA Distributors, we believe that our relationship with customers extends beyond the sale. This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow. If you ever have a concern about a product you received, we want to hear from you.

Eligible Returns

BCA accepts returns of products that meet all of the following criteria:

  • Products are unused and in original, undamaged packaging
  • Products are returned within 30 days of the original delivery date
  • A return has been initiated by contacting BCA prior to sending goods back

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you have a unique situation, reach out — we will do our best to work with you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to storage or handling outside BCA's control
  • Special-order, custom, or non-stock items
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior written authorization from BCA

How to Start a Return

Returning a product should be easy. Here is how:

  1. Contact your account manager or email us at sales@beetinsca.com with your order number and a description of the items you want to return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and schedule a pickup from your location — no need to arrange shipping on your end.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a credit will be applied to your account within 3 business days.

Credits

BCA issues account credits rather than cash refunds. Credits are applied at the full invoice price of the returned items and carry the following terms:

  • Credits never expire
  • Credits may be applied to any future order
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

We chose a credit model because we are in this for the long haul — we want to keep earning your business, not just process a one-time transaction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a quick message to sales@beetinsca.com or call your account manager directly. Include your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.

BCA will arrange for pickup and replacement at no charge, or issue a full credit — your choice. We do not argue about these situations. If we got it wrong, we fix it. That is a promise.
